Sunday School opportunities begin at 9:30 a.m. The Men’s Sunday School class meets in the classroom across from the office. The Mixed (Up) Adults (and teens) meet downstairs in the Fellowship Hall.

Genesis—Ancestors of Our Faith
Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph; familiar names which bring to mind many familiar stories. This summer we explore these stories, hoping to link them into a one cohesive plot; one that stretches out over the chapters of the book of Genesis. Join us in person at 10:30am or later in the day on YouTube.
We are Disciples of Christ, a movement for wholeness in a fragmented world. As part of the one body of Christ, we welcome all to the Lord's Table as God has welcomed us.

Things you need to know for inside worship

Please maintain social distancing between households.

Collect your pre-packaged communion elements as you move through the chapel; dispose of the containers as you leave. You may drop off your offering as you arrive or as you leave.

Only sit in designated areas in the sanctuary and chapel.

Masks recommended.

The service will be recorded and uploaded to Facebook and YouTube as soon as possible on Sunday.

Current Safety Protocols
We strive to maintain social distancing in the sanctuary by only sitting in the indicated areas; communion is individually packaged, and we recommend masks for those who are not fully vaccinated. Our Leadership Team has been and will continue to make decisions with the utmost of caution.
First Christian Church of Platte City is a deeply caring community of faith, blessed by the love and gifts of God, encouraging people to work and worship and grow together for the glory of God. We welcome visitors and hope you feel right at home when attending our church.
