FCCPlatte Kids
FCCPlatte values children and strives to make them an integral part of the church and worship services. Sunday School classes are offered every week at 9:30 a.m. for ages kindergarten through 12th grade.

The children actively participate in worship services, with a ringing the "Call to Worship" bell to start the service and lighting of the Christ candle during the opening hymn.
​
Each worship service includes a "Children's Moment" featuring a brief lesson with an application to their daily lives.
​
Children's Church is available during worship services for those who choose to attend with a kid-friendly lesson and activities. The first Sunday of the month is devoted to family worship with youth remaining in the worship
service. Additional activities vary throughout the year, especially holidays and summer, with some activities available exclusively to the young people and others that are family-oriented.
