3. What is my ministry? (at the intersection of your gifts, passions, strengths and experience and the needs of others and the work of the Church
4. Build my capacity to have productive, respectful conversations about God with others whose perspectives differ from mine
5. Finding integrity and building strong character (My reputation affects my family, neighbors and the Church)
6. Spiritual, physical and emotional wellness
7. I build my capacity for relationships with people of different cultures, ethnicities, orientations, religious faith, etc. and I work to reduce systemic racism and all other forms of exclusion that do not honor God-given diversity.
8. I manage my finances wisely so as to adequately provide for my needs and for those in my care
9. I grow wiser and more generous in my use of all that God has made available to me - including stewardship of the Earth and its resources.
