Advent has begun! Which is appropriate because that’s what the word means (a coming into being or use, as in “the advent of computers”). In the church world it’s the four Sundays before Christmas, but also is the beginning of the church year. It’s a bit ironic, we’re eagerly anticipating Christmas, which isn’t here yet, while also experiencing a new beginning,
focused on the themes of hope, peace, joy and love, which we’ll explore during worship each Sunday. Join us in person at 10:30am or later in the day on YouTube.
